Uploading documents, exporting laws or decisions from @DB, and exporting chat replies are available only with RegAI Pro.

@DB and chat-history export, and document upload, are available only with RegAI Pro. If you only subscribe to MCP Pro, or have purchased RegAI Credits, none of these features are available to you.

When your free quota or RegAI Pro quota runs out, the system will prompt you to upgrade or buy more quota. If you have purchased RegAI Credits, your free or RegAI Pro quota is still used first, and your RegAI Credits balance is drawn down only after that quota runs out. If you only hit a short-term rate limit (such as the hourly cap), just wait a little while and it will recover, with no extra payment or purchase needed.

Yes. You can cancel at any time via "Account → Plan & Billing → Manage billing". After you cancel, your current subscription stays active and ends automatically on its original expiry date, after which your account returns to the Free plan. If you currently subscribe to RegAI Pro and want to use only MCP Pro, you can cancel your RegAI Pro subscription. Until the original expiry date you can keep using everything included, MCP Pro among it; when the original expiry date arrives, subscribe to MCP Pro. RegAI Credits have no expiry, and cannot be cancelled, terminated, or converted to another plan.

RegAI Pro and MCP Pro don't offer a prorated or partial refund for cancelling early. RegAI Credits can't be cancelled, terminated, converted to another plan, or refunded once purchased — but they never expire.

If you already subscribe to MCP Pro and want to switch to RegAI Pro, you can upgrade directly. After you upgrade, the system charges the difference immediately (the fee for the remaining period of RegAI Pro, minus the fee for the unused period of MCP Pro). Your renewal date does not change, and the subscription then renews automatically at the RegAI Pro price. If you have cancelled MCP Pro but it has not yet expired, you can still upgrade to RegAI Pro. Billing works the same way, and your earlier cancellation is withdrawn, so the subscription renews automatically. If you currently subscribe to RegAI Pro and want to use only MCP Pro, you can cancel your RegAI Pro subscription. Until the original expiry date you can keep using everything included, MCP Pro among it; when the original expiry date arrives, subscribe to MCP Pro. RegAI Credits have no expiry, and cannot be cancelled, terminated, or converted to another plan.

RegAI's data comes from the Ministry of Justice's National Laws and Regulations Database and publicly available data from the Judicial Yuan website, covering over 14,000 laws and regulations and 500,000 court decisions, kept current through our own data pipeline.

No. RegAI is a research and first-draft aid. Every reply is generated automatically by AI and must be checked carefully; it is not legal advice and cannot replace review or consultation by an attorney.

Free accounts keep chat history for 30 days; RegAI Pro has no retention limit. You can also delete your chat history and documents at any time.

Except as necessary to provide the service to you, RegAI does not use any documents, data or chat history you upload, and does not use them to train or tune any AI model or system.

Although RegAI does not use any documents, data or chat history you upload, we recommend removing personal information, and anything that could be traced back to an individual, before you upload any document or data, and not mentioning any such information in AI chats.

Document upload and chat-with-your-document is a RegAI Pro feature, available once you upgrade. Supported files include text files (MD, PDF, DOCX and TXT; legacy .doc files are not supported) and images (scanned PDFs, PNG, JPG, WEBP; SVG is not supported). Each file can be up to 20 MB, subject to your plan's total storage and monthly OCR-page limits.
